Can't access google cloud it says permission required

When I visit this link, it says needs permission to access,can i have another way to download the reference?

  I believe you should be able to access the reference (and other Google buckets) as long as you have a valid Google account (ex., Gmail). This is also discussed on the "Resource bundle" GATK page.
