Cromwell configuration problem: "No configuration setting found for key 'job-id-regex'"
a) Cromwell version used: 78
b) Exact command used: https://pastebin.com/70ebMVE5
c) Entire program log: https://pastebin.com/hQ8U3f86
d) Configuration file contents: https://pastebin.com/veDikew7
I tried adding the missing key, as you can see in the configuration file (ctrl+F "concurrent-job"), it changes the error to https://pastebin.com/dxDHrKdk
I have asked the developer of MoChA already, he says he can't give Cromwell support, so I ask here. I hope I submitted this question to the correct forum...
Have a nice day and thanks in advance for your help!
PS. If I don't specify a configuration file, the workflow works fine, BUT it uses all the cores and memory it can which slows my system to a crawl which isn't great.
