Mutect2 pipeline for liquid biopsy ?

Hi,

Is there any update on the Mutect2 pipeline for liquid biopsy or even the CLIA-approved liquid biopsy pipeline (https://gatk.broadinstitute.org/hc/en-us/articles/360055062832-New-Year-update-GATK-takes-on-2021)?

  Hi Smilesky,

  This pipeline is published here: https://github.com/broadinstitute/TAG-public/tree/master/Liquid_Biopsy_Duplex_Analysis

  It is still in use, however it is close to being retired, and so unfortunately we can't offer public support for it.
