B37 joint variant calling workflow says "for hg38 only"

Hello,

Your featured workspace has a workflow for joint variant calling for b37, but the WDL itself has a comment that it is "for hg38 Whole Genomes and Exomes (has not been tested on hg19)" (see below). How concerned should I be? Thanks!

  Hi Oliver Ruebenacker,

  Sorry for the delayed response. I've asked the WDL developers about this and they informed me that that comment is there as a disclaimer that the workflow hasn't been tested on hg19 because there is no hg19 config, but there is no fundamental reason why it can't work.
