Any comment on panel seq in regards to downstream processing for DRAGEN-GATK?

"I'm not sure entirely what the user is referencing. It sounds like a use case that is not something we have focused on so far. This has been a really ambitious project of marrying two different toolsets and trying to find as we were saying earlier, the synergy of chocolate and peanut butter. We have focused on that really specific use case because we want to do that really well before we start to move on to other use cases." - Geraldine Van der Auwera, Broad
