"Are the functional equivalence results available to view outside of Terra? Are they for somatic variants or germline variants or both?"

"In the blog post that has been published on the DRAGEN-GATK release, there was an article linked on functional equivalence which goes into technical details and shows the plot I mentioned and how it works. In the bottom of the article, you can find all the plots on DRAGEN-GATK and DRAGEN functional equivalence as well as plots for how that equivalence looks if we decide to not turn off those features that I mentioned. The features would give us not functional equivalence results, we would not be within the noise of just genomic data analysis. We would still be very close and very compatible with each other. If you just decide to turn on these features and improve variant calling even more, then they can certainly do that. Plots showing how equivalent we are there despite not being functionally equivalent are also in that article. They are run on only germline, not somatic data." Michael Gatzen, Broad
