Where do I find sample dataset for practice?

Hi all,

I am a Junior researcher, and I need to familiarise myself with GATK Best Practices. I went to the following link to start with Phase 1- Data Pre-processing (https://gatk.broadinstitute.org/hc/en-us/articles/360035535912?page=1#comment_360009659092), but I am unable to find the relevant dataset.

Please help me finding out dataset over which I could practice both Phase 1  and Phase 2.

  You can find published datasets at pubmed (NCBI).  You need to familiarize yourself with this site first!
