Hello everyone, I am currently working on variants recalibration for non-model organism.

I have found this really nice website that describe the method step-by-step.

The author has build a custom training database based on advises given by the GATK team. And the following link is given for details:

Unfortunately this link is now broken!!!
Could we hope to have this link fixed? It would be a plus for the community, as there are no other sources I found on the subject now!

  Hello Begonia_pavonina, our old forum site has been replaced by this forum you are on now! Good news though is that we saved a lot of the information at this site.
