Where and how I can get GenomeAnalysisTK.jar script?

If you are seeing an error, please provide(REQUIRED) :
a) GATK version used: gatk-4.1.8.1
b) Exact command used: unzip gatk-4.1.8.1.zip

In my downloaded gatk-4.1.8.1 folder I only see gatk-package-4.1.8.1-spark.jar and gatk-package-4.1.8.1-local.jar. How do I get GenomeAnalysisTK.jar script?
b) What does (......) mean?
c) Why do I see (......)?
d) Where do I find (......)?
e) Will (......) be in future releases?

  If you are looking for the earlier version of gatk such as 3.8 you need to check the archives here 

  https://console.cloud.google.com/storage/browser/gatk-software/package-archive/gatk/?pli=1

  Otherwise new gatk 4.0 releases consist of a wrapper script named gatk and 2 mandatory jar files local and spark. You need to execute the gatk script to run all the functions from local or spark jar packages.
