We are thinking of teaching an internal class or writing an extensive tutorial for our HPC cluster users on GATK4 with a focus on running efficiently through a semi-realistic though small data set on our resources. May we re-use some of your GATK workshop materials and include them in our materials?

  Hi Wolfgang Resch, you can use our slides or material but we ask that you include the Broad logo on the slides and credit us. Our most recent workshop was in Gujarat, India and the write up is here. For an extra example and some minor differences, you can look at the next most recent workshop, which was in Costa Rica. The materials can be found here. Hope that helps!
