(REQUIRED) Please provide:
a) GATK version used: gatk4-4.1.8.0-0

I want use gatk mutect tumor only mode, 

then i know gatk mutect2 tumor only mode need panel of normal and that file support gatk resource bundle 

I find somatic panel of normal  but I want hg19 version 

how can I have hg19 version panel of normal file

  Hello, all of our resources are located here: https://console.cloud.google.com/storage/browser/genomics-public-data. If the hg19 version is available, it will be located within those files.
