Is Dockerfile for genomes-in-the-cloud image publicly available, and if yes, where?

  I am looking for the actual Dockerfile that was used to create those images. I could not find it in any GitHub repositories.

  Sorry about the confusion.As it turns out, that dockerfile is not publicly available and it is only for Broad production use. You are free to use the publicly available genomes-in-the-cloud images and/or gatk official docker image and dockerfile available here: https://github.com/broadinstitute/gatk/
