postive AS_MQRankSum and VQSR

Hi.

I have a technical question about AS_MQRankSum. As is mentioned in the info page in the tool section, positive scores for this measure are not really informative. I wonder how VQSR and ApplyVQSR handle these positive values, anybody that knows?

  The GATK support team is focused on resolving questions about GATK tool-specific errors and abnormal results from the tools. For all other questions, such as this one, we are building a backlog to work through when we have the capacity.
