Setting up Cromwell on AWS
Hi there,
I'm looking for information on how to setup on AWS a Cromwell server to run WDL in AWS Batch. Most of the documents/videos found online seems to be back during the launch 5 years ago. The AWS interface has changed, so I'm having difficulty following the instructions.
I saw a post called "GATK on Amazon Web Services" back in 2020 by the GATK team, which mentions running Cromwell on AWS Batch, but there have been no updates that I can see.
I also found the Cromwell GitHub entry for "Configuring the AWS environment" in AwsBatch101, but the link to AWS for Genomics Workflow is no longer active.
If anyone has set up Cromwell on AWS recently, could they point me to some documentation?
Thanks Eddie

Hi Eddie Ip
Cromwell on AWS is definitely possible however we do not have an official support for it. If you wish to get support from community resources there is a slack channel with AWS devs are also attending in the link below.

This is a public channel.
I hope this helps.
