Experience with RNA-Mutect-WMN?

Hi,

Does anyone here have experience using RNA-Mutect-WMN https://www.nature.com/articles/s41467-022-30753-2? I'm not sure if the github page https://github.com/yizhak-lab-ccg/RNA_MUTECt_WMN is actively maintained.

It is a bit confusing. According to the github page for RNA-Mutect-WMN a prerequisite is output from RNA-Mutect and in the RNA-Mutect github page it says that a prerequisite is output from Mutect (MAF file).

  The article and the github page refers to an unsupported old version of Mutect. You may still use it if you wish but we cannot help to diagnose any apparent problems at this point.
