GatherBQSRReports OSError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory, but does not show which is missing

I am using gatk-4.1.2.0 and trying to run GatherBQSRReports. However, I am encountering error above, without having an idea which file or directory is missing. I have checked that all input files are in their path. Is there something that I am missing?? 

Just in case, I am attaching screenshot of my commands and error.
