Is It Allowed To Submit An Entire Code For Review?

As I am working on GATKgCNV and trying to make a pipeline I was wondering if it is allowed to submit code here on this forum for review? I am still working on this pipeline.

  You're welcome to post your pipeline here to share with other people on the forums, but it's beyond the scope of our support team to be able to give you a detailed review of it.  

  If you want to submit a pull request to make changes to the existing code in GATK you can do that on the GATK github
