Mutect2 PON

Hi,

I am using a sequencing technology different to Illumina and I will struggle to get >10 normals.

Please can you confirm that

i) using your PONs for mutect2 is still better (even it's a different technology) than not using any PON

ii) using your PONs (which contains several hundred normals from a different technology) would be better than using a PON from ~ 8 normals from the same technology??
