sample size for somatic CNV

Hi all,
Thank you for the great tool. 
My question is regarding sample size for calling somatic CNV.
I have 20 cancer samples and 5 normal samples. Is that number of samples sufficient for CNV calling, or should it be 40 samples at least as in germline. Many thanks
