Where can I download Homo_sapiens_assembly38.haplotype_database.txt

Hi,

I am trying to run WholeGenomeSingleSample_v3.1.8 for the first time and cannot locate the Homo_sapiens_assembly38.haplotype_database.txt

 

It is NOT in  "gs://gcp-public-data--broad-references/hg38/v0/Homo_sapiens_assembly38.haplotype_database.txt"
