Overview

TheoreticalSensitivityMetrics, are metrics calculated from TheoreticalSensitivity and parameters used in the calculation. These metrics are intended to estimate the achievable sensitivity (for a particular log odds threshold) of somatic calls for a particular depth and base quality score distribution.
