    Hi lemon soft,

The installation instructions above were written for use on Linux and Mac operating systems. You should be able to enter the commands as they are in the article. If you have any trouble, don't hesitate to reach out to our support staff over on our Community Forum.

    Hello,

I downloaded the zipped build from github. I unzipped it and there I have gatk-package-4.1.8.1-local.jar and gatk-package-4.1.8.1-spark.jar and I don't see GenomeAnalysisTK.jar script. Can you please tell me how to get is and where is the wrapper script you're mentioning in the post.

For GATK 4.4.0 and above you need java 17.0 as a dependency. Maybe this article can be updated to reflect that.
