Counts of genotypes w.r.t. the reference allele: 0/0, 0/*, */*, i.e. all alts lumped together

Category Variant Annotations

Overview

INFO level annotation of the counts of genotypes with respect to the reference allele. List of three counts in the following order: hom ref counts, het counts (of any allele), hom var counts (of any allele). In other words all alt alleles are lumped together.
